A neighboring arm of the Milky Way to the Sagittarius Arm which contains Earth's Sun. (Also sometimes called the Scutum-Crux Arm or the Centaurus Arm.)
The furthest reach of the Scutum Arm, blocked from view from Earth by the galactic core, contains the star which is the primary of the planet Alaalu. (WH)
