The City is comprised of five boroughs or counties; Manhattan (referred to in legal documents as the County or Borough of New York), the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island.
Much business in the Young Wizards series occurs within the confines of the Five Boroughs, with particular emphasis on Manhattan because of the two worldgate complexes sited at Penn Station and Grand Central Terminal.
