The lowest level of supervisory wizard. Normally an Advisory supervises a catchment area containing not more than a few hundred wizards, though these numbers are subject to change depending on the population density of a given area and the talents (and free time) of the Advisory wizard involved.
Advisories tend to be promoted temporarily to Senior status by the Powers that Be as required by local circumstance; they then fall back to Advisory status without any implication of demotion.
