Eversion

The act of turning a volume of spacetime inside out. While permissible, this is a wizardry which should be used sparingly and with caution, because of the immense number of potential peculiar side effects (especially for anyone inside the volume of spacetime in question).
Eversion can also mean the act of allowing a worldgate to evert, usually by taking it through another worldgate while still active. This is a procedure which is not recommended, as the spacetime continua inside and outside both worldgates are likely to be damaged. (WH)
